EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Donna Waldman, MS
Donna Waldman was one of the original clinic founders. In addition to her extensive involvement in various local and national non-profit organizations, Ms. Waldman also has more than 30 years of experience as a corporate manager. Fluent in Spanish, she has been a community organizer since the early 1970′s, and has been instrumental in the design and management of several health care and educational organizations.

Joshu Weil, MD
Dr. Joshua Weil is a Board Certified specialist in Emergency Medicine at Kaiser Permanente in Santa Rosa. He has been volunteering at the JCFC for over a decade and is our Volunteer Medical Director as of June 2014.

Deborah A. Roberts, Ed.D., MSN, FNP-C, PHN, RN
Dr. Roberts, JCFC Clinical Director, has her B.S. and M.S. in nursing and her doctorate degree in educational leadership. Her clinical specialties include the care of both adults and children. In addition to her position as JCFC Clinical Director, Dr. Roberts currently holds the position of Nursing Professor at Sonoma State University School of Nursing. As Director of Clinical Services at the JCFC, she is responsible for all aspects of patient care.
